Mynewflat is operated by My New Flat Parnters, a partnership between experienced property managers, Vanessa Gills and Laura Saperstein. Vanessa has over 20 years experience in the field and Laura is a former lawyer who prides herself on attention to detail. We offer friendly customer service, so please contact us by phone or email with any questions. 

 

Our Properties

Our properties are all modern and well maintained. They are all situated near to good transport links and shops for your convenience.

Smoking and Pets 

Our flats are strictly non-smoking inside, though in all cases there is outside space (such as a balcony or courtyard where those who feel the need can light up). We operate a no pets policy.

Tenants we look for 

We look for professional, responsible tenants who would like to rent for a minimum of 6 months. Shorter lets would possibly be considered.
