Awesome 3 bed duplex with a large lounge room. There is a huge patio garden with garden furniture, great for socialising with friends and having a tasty barbeque. The flat is situated right in the centre of Archway,  a short bus ride or cycle from Hamstead Heath, Highgate and cool Camden Town. 

The flat has been decorated to a high standard. We have just installed a new bathroom and there is also a separate newly decorated toilet with wash basin downstairs. 

The kitchen has all the usual appliances such as oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space. 

Local shops and supermarkets are very close and the block is quiet and safe.

There are many good shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Hampstead Heath is nearby and a great place to go for a walk, jogging or a summer picnic, you can also visit the swimming lakes and go for a refreshing dip!

Camden with it's market is close and a great place to wander round and visit the many restaurants, clubs, pubs and bars with great live music. .

Nearby Archway Leisure Centre has a large pool offering daily sessions for lane swimming, sauna and steam room, gym with personal trainers available, a running club and aqua aerobics.

Nearby places of interest include the historic Highgate Cemetery, where many famous people are buried, including Karl marx. Guided tours are available.

The transport links are excellent. Archway Tube Station is on the Northern Line. It takes approximately 15 min into town (Tottenham Court Road). Just one stop and 7 minutes to Camden Town. Numerous buses run nearby including night buses.
